Wisconsin Academy of Music is a teacher-run music studio committed to inspiring and educating students of all ages and abilities. Our offerings include guitar lessons, ukulele lessons, flute lessons, saxophone lessons, piano lessons, trumpet lessons clarinet lessons, ensemble classes and songwriting and production classes. In person and online music lessons are available, as well as group classes and ensembles.
Our music studio is located in Germantown, WI, about 20 miles northwest of Milwaukee. We serve students from the entire Milwaukee Metro area and its surrounding communities such as Mequon, Richfield, Hubertus, Colgate, Sussex, Menomonee Falls, Jackson, Brown Deer, Wauwatosa and the Milwaukee Northshore (Bayside, Glendale, Fox Point, Whitefish Bay and Shorewood).

Guitar Lessons
We offer guitar lessons for all ages and skill levels. Lessons are tailored to your goals and abilities with an emphasis on learning songs. Topics include note reading and music theory, technique, fingerstyle guitar, folk, blues, rock, pop, reggae, jazz and bluegrass.
Ukulele Lessons
Ukulele lessons are perfect for younger students, beginners or anyone looking to pick up a fun new hobby and learn a string instrument. Students will learn the basic ukulele technique and site reading, with a emphasis on strumming and singing fun songs.
Flute Lessons
Whether you are new to the flute or trying out for an orchestra, we offer flute lessons for all ages and abilities. Individual lessons, group lessons and ensemble work are available, as well as Kinderflute lessons for early music education.
Piano Lessons
The piano is an ideal first instrument to learn and a great way to learn and understand how music works. We offer piano lessons for beginners with a traditional approach. We provide everything you need to become a successful and confident pianist.
Saxophone Lessons
We offer saxophone lessons for students of all ages and skill levels. Our professional saxophone lessons are tailored to the your needs and designed to be fun and interactive so you can achieve your musical goals and become band-ready in no time!
Trumpet Lessons
Wether you’re a beginner or a pro, we offer trumpet lessons for all ages and skill levels. We teach both classical and jazz techniques in a fun environment. Individual lessons, brass ensemble classes and group trumpet lessons are offered as well.
Clarinet Lessons
At Wisconsin Academy of Music, we offer clarinet lessons in a welcoming environment for beginning to advanced students. Lessons will focus heavily on technique, fingerings, and proper breath support. Students will be exposed to classical, jazz and beyond.
Songwriting & Production
Learn how to write, record and produce your own songs. Our songwriting and production classes will help you develop your musical talent for songwriting, production, recording and more. We offer hands-on, individual lessons in our very own recording studio.
